What NOT to write in Self description during SSB interview?
What NOT to write in Self description: Though writing self description is your personal matter. No one can tell you what to write because you know yourself the best. You also don't have to copy other's SD. BUT I could suggest you few lines what NOT TO WRITE. This i am suggesting because The moment you write these lines, it gives a bad impression to the psychologist. He starts doubting you. When a psychologist starts doubting, he will minutely look at the response sheet. A psychologist in doubt is more dangerous than the IO in doubt. So, let's not put the psychologist in doubt. Now what NOT to write in self description (in any of the 5 paragraphs of SD)
1. I think/parents think/teachers think, friends think I adjust with people very easily.
2. I mingle with people easily.
3. I tolerate people
4. I cooperate with people
5. I am an honest person (write trustworthy)
6. Sometimes i trust people and get myself into trouble
7. I am an obedient person
8. My parents involve me into discussion (Rather, it should be my parents and I discuss things)
9. Whatever duty parents/boss give me, I do.
10. I don't hold grudges against friends
11. I procrastinate.
12. I don't have many friends
13. I am a very emotional person.
14. "They like" my respectful behavior.
15. I am a disciplined SOLDIER (why still associated with soldiers mentality).
16. I am a BOY. I AM A GIRL. (Rather you are man/woman)
17. I get angry often.
18. I never lie.
19. I don't fear anything
20. I feel nervous talking to new people
21. Friends appreciate it when I listen to them
22. I "always" ........!!! (never use extreme words like always)
23. Friends easily approach me
24. I never hurt people
25. I never deceive people.
