How to create natural story during SSB

Hi! 

You all must have seen a TAT picture of a person who is going alone to somewhere and the background of the picture is of a bad weather. The winds are harsh and the road looks lonely. Many of the candidates ask me what should they do with this kind of pictures? Well, the first step is to identify the problem or the issue in the picture. What is the main problem? The main problem is that the weather is bad! No one could be seen on the roads, means very less people are out. Why? Because of the bad weather! Why the main character is out in the bad weather? Because he has to accomplish a task! The task could be related to the agricultural fields, college, school, office, medical problems of someone etc. The psychologist wants to see when problem occurs in life, are you determined enough to do your task (come what may). If you are willing to accomplish the task, that means you have the will, the determination, the confidence and the courage to do something. In these types of stories the responsibility factor is also checked. A person with a responsible attitude, would do that task! For e.g. the person had the responsibility to take care of college sports preparations. Will he not take care of it? Or will he procrastinate? "Baad mein karunga?" "Now now!". Will he take shelters in bad weather? Or will he with little care would strive to achieve something! If you are writing a story in which the character wait for the bad weather to get over, that means, in life when problems are there, you wait for them to go away first and then resume work. Problems would come and they would go, just focus on your goals. Take responsibility for yourself and for others! Imagine your mother is sick and weather is bad. Chemist shop is far. Will you not still go? Or wait for conditions to get better first? Remind you, you all are going to be future officers in defence. The defence services require men who are filled with courage and lots of responsibility. That is why this picture is given to you! Every picture has a peculiarity. This picture was shown to get some OLQs prominently embedded in it. Pictures are not just random images. These hit your sub conscious mind. The subconscious mind processes actions and themes based on your very nature. What you think you are thinking, is nothing but your nature coming out automatically. We have no control of our thoughts. They flow in pressure according to the nature of ourselves. You think you thought of a theme? Well the theme came to you based on your perceptions of life and your level of mind. Actions also are given to you automatically based on our very nature. One cannot be the OTHER, he is either himself or herself or a better version of himself or herself (through changing perception). Anyways, the next time any picture is shown, ask, WHY is it even shown? Remember.. The bad weather is the main problem! Rest you all are smart enough to introduce the character, image a theme (the aim that person wanted to accomplish) and the actions (small and crisp). This will make the story natural.
