5th day of SSB interview is the Conference day and not exactly your final as the final stage will be your medical test. On the fifth day of SSB interview all your examiners till now- Psychologist, GTO, the Interviewing officer and the President of the Board will sit together and discuss your performance. They will be in complete official uniform and will take the final call whether to recommend you for medicals or not. As a successful SSB coach, running my academy , I used to find candidates lining up to join and do advance booking and wait for days to join my coaching academy. How to prepare for Day 3&4 for SSB: Group Task preparation:-      The Group Task is conducted on the third and fourth day of the process.  The aims of these are to find the ability of the candidate to work in a group as leader and a participant.  Also to find the individual stamina’s of the candidate.      The Group Tasks are supervised by a GTO are usually in the rank of major or squadron leader . Day – 2 Psychological process In this part, I am going to tell you about the psychological preparation. The psychology process are conducted on the second day of the selection process. The preparation for this contains 80% mental preparation and remaining 20% physical preparation.  Since why I am saying 80% mental preparation is, they will see your attitude, personality only.  Not your robust physique.  But if you are robust in your physique it’s your plus only.
